Plymouth University ranked No. 1 for Graduate School
22 December 2011 - PLYMOUTH
The International Student Barometer, Summer Wave 2011, is run by i-graduate, an independent research agency, which conducts polls of student opinions using a number of methods using like for like comparisons with other institutions.
This Barometer measures international student satisfaction across four key areas including arrival, living, learning and support.
Over 40 UK institutions participated in the study during the summer.
Alana Hunter from Plymouth University’s International Office, said: “This is a real accolade for the University. Students are at the heart of what we do and we use their feedback year on year to make continuous improvements.”
Almost 400 students took the survey and 97% of Plymouth’s graduate students were satisfied with the support provided by the School.
This success follows on from the high achievement by Plymouth University in the UK-wide PRES (Postgraduate Research Experience Survey 2011) and the prestigious European Commission award for HR Excellence in Research awarded in September 2011.
